What We’re About
The Drama Team’s goal is to provide solutions to issues prevalent in today’s society that are centered on the love of Christ. We believe the solutions offered through the Bible can be powerfully conveyed through drama and that we can assist individuals in better understanding the gravity of their situations, as well as the importance of focusing on salvation through Christ in times of need. We desire to participate in outreach events that minister to the lost and convey the joy of being found in Christ. We are also committed to producing effective commercials that would be available online to minister to a larger audience.

Who We’re Looking For
This ministry is extremely fun and rewarding, requires a lot of hard work, and is centered on the Lord. If you are a part of this team, be prepared for late nights, days of fasting and prayer, lots of conference calls, hours of recording and practice, a whole lot of running around, and being ready to do whatever it takes to convey the message of Christ’s love (even if it means looking like a fool on stage). Always remember that whatever you’re doing in this ministry comes from a desire to serve the Lord and the Lord only.

We are looking for actors, extras, and stage crew persons. Additionally, we are looking for one devoted person to join that team for writing plays, organizing and bringing ideas to the table. If you feel that you can help our team out in any way at all please come and join us.

What We’re About
To promote Fusion meetings and events in creative and innovative ways so that many may come and experience God’s blessing. The marketing team’s primary objective is to assure as many people as possible have an opportunity to come and hear the word of God. Although the team will be focused on promoting Fusion events, the true mission and objective is to promote the gospel through Fusion events.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for two to four people to further develop this team. Requirements include having experience with marketing church or youth group events, being able to think out of the box, have an outgoing personality. Also, if you have any experience with Photoshop, Publisher, Pagemaker or Indesign, we are definitely interested!

What We’re About
The Outreach & Missions team strives to bond believers together for one cause- these streets, our community. Being like Him, leading by His example and doing all things in His great strength we aim to take on the various needs of our community with other organizations and joining the greater body of Christ in an effort to bring lasting change. It’s with great hope that we believe our road map will expand our community to include assisting our brothers and sisters in the far corners of the world.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a few specific positions to help with coordination. The brain behind every successful event includes technical skills, the ability to think of all the different angles and how to execute a plan to the fullest potential. This involves proficient organizational skills and a strong understanding of logistics. If you think you match one of these spots, let us know:

• General Coordinator – Working closely with the team lead as a “right-hand man (or woman)”, helping organize events between Fusion leadership, Outreach & Missions team coordinators and any external organizations.
• Public Relations Coordinator – Willing to build relationships with new organizations and maintain them, using good judgment. Someone who knows how to network and research!
• Volunteer Coordinator – pulling in people to come out to outreach events, tactful and an effective communicator that knows how to break the ice and understand good character.

What We’re About
The Multimedia Team seeks to use new media as an avenue for ministry, both in and out of Fusion meetings.

Who We’re Looking For
Do you have experience with Photoshop? Web design? Video editing? Even if you’re not an expert, exposure to any of these areas may make you a good fit for our team. We use some of the latest technology and software available to promote the gospel during Fusion meetings and on the web. Responsibilities include working in a team environment, meeting on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, occasional training sessions (if necessary) and sometimes working under tight deadlines. If you have a creative eye for design and want to use it for God, consider joining the Multimedia Team.

Do have a blog? Interested in joining a blog team? We are looking for a few people who have strong writing skills. No need to be web-savvy, just have to be able to access the blog a few times a week and a desire to write for ministry. For more details, email josh@fusion316.org.

What We’re About
The Stage Team is purposed to create a technically excellent environment for those on stage and those attending service. We want each person God brings to Fusion to come face-to-face with Him in a fully engaging, non-distracting service. We do this by executing every service with the same technical excellence seen in professional venues.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people to help set up and break down sets before and after meetings, help manage the sound board, control lighting, assist the Drama Team stage crew and record video during service.

What We’re About
The Welcome Team serves an essential role in creating an environment where people attending Fusion events can encounter the Holy Spirit. The role of the team is much more than directing seating, taking the offering or greeting people. We are servants to people and to God, part of a team that presents God to our community and to the world.

Who We’re Looking For
The Welcome Team is looking for a few outgoing, personable individuals. If you have a heart for God and for people, this is a team for you! Responsibilities include arriving at Fusion events 30 minutes prior for prayer and preparation, following up with welcome cards and attending occasional team meetings.

What We’re About
The Worship Team is committed to glorifying God in life and in action, leading people into heartfelt worship through song, and growing skilled individuals in their talents of music, singing, and leading worship.

Worship is an essential part of the experience that is ‘Fusion.’ Even before walking into a Fusion meeting, you can usually hear the music from about a block away. We understand that worship does not require loud music or flashing lights, but we hope to use methods that can relate to this generation to be effective in ministry. We believe there is a considerable difference between performance and excellence, which is why we keep Christ centered in the focus of everything we do. We seek to create an atmosphere of intimate worship by ushering in the presence of God through music, so people can encounter and experience Christ in His fullness.

Who We’re Looking For
The Worship Team is beginning to enter a new phase this year as we are searching for a few individuals to be added to the team. We have gotten tons of feedback over the past year from people who are interested in joining the team. Over the course of the next few months we will be searching for 5-6 individuals to join the worship team and cycle throughout the course of 12 months.
There are a few requirements in order to be considered for the team:

• Connected to a local church
• Shows Christian character and attitude through lifestyle
• Approval form completed by Pastor
• Approval form completed by parent/guardian (if under 18)
• Experience with a worship team for a minimum of 12 months
• Minimum of 16 years of age
• Adequately skilled in area of interest (vocalist, instrumentalist)
• Willing to work with others and accept constructive criticism
• If these basic requirement are met, further evaluation will take place through a tryout and interview

Since there is such an influx of interested individuals who desire to join the worship team this year, there may be some who will not be accepted. Please do not be discouraged, rather motivated to nurture and grow your craft in music and seek the Lord earnestly to get connected with another worship team or to try out next year with Fusion Worship.

We also want to encourage you to be a part of some of the other ministries within Fusion that are always looking for individuals to volunteer. Worship is not only in music, but can be seen in many other forms as well such as in drama, outreach, media, service…and the list goes on. There is always a need to be filled by someone, so search them out and let us know where you would like to be involved.
